Ichikawaen matcha is made from tea leaves grown in Shizuoka, a region blessed with pure spring water from Mt. Fuji and a mild climate.
After steaming and drying, the tea leaves are carefully ground into a fine powder.
Experienced “Chashi” meticulously balance aroma, color, and flavor, refining each batch with precision.
Certified under the international food safety standard FSSC 22000, our matcha is proud to represent Japanese quality to the world.
